The Collective Impact Action Summit is excited to offer a new opportunity for Exhibitors! Communities engaged in place-based collaborative efforts benefit from products and services tailored to their unique needs – such as data sharing software and support, collaborative work planning and management products, and communication technologies.  Exhibitors are invited to demo their products and meet with potential customers at the Summit.

Exhibitors will be featured in the following ways before, during and after the Summit.

Before the Action Summit

  • Promotion in Collective Impact Action Summit promotional materials: Exhibitors will be included in Action Summit marketing materials, including email announcements shared with 30,000 members of the Collective Impact Forum network.
  • Pre-Summit Demo Office Hour: Host a 60-minute Zoom office hour in the weeks leading up to the Action Summit, during which you can demo your product and talk with participants. All registered attendees will be notified of your office hour. A member of the Collective Impact Forum team will host the Zoom webinar, and you will lead the session.

During the Action Summit

  • “Booth” in Whova event app’s Exhibitor & Coaching Center: Create a page for your organization / product in Whova’s Exhibitor space, where you can include information about your product & services, share a promotional offer with participants, upload a pre-recorded video, and meet with people live in a Zoom meeting room.
    • Attendees will be encouraged to visit the Exhibitor & Coaching Center during breaks in the Summit.
    • You can staff your “booth” for any part of the Summit that you choose, and have information uploaded on your site for times you choose not to staff the booth. (You’ll receive an invitation to join the Exhibitor & Coaching Center to build your page in advance of the platform launch date.)
    • Your booth will be accessible once the Summit app is launched (1 – 2 weeks before the Summit) until 3 months after the Summit.
  • Discussion Channel in Whova event app: Host and curate a discussion thread in the Whova app on a topic relevant to your product, and field questions about your product
  • Recognition: Logo in digital signage, rotating slides, on event website and mobile app

After the Action Summit

  • One advertisement in a Collective Impact Forum podcast: Each exhibitor will receive a 30 second ad spot in a 2024 Collective Impact Forum podcast. Podcasts are typically downloaded 500 – 750 times in the first month of release and grow from there. The ad will live in the podcast forever, so is an evergreen marketing opportunity.
  • Ability to engage in exhibitor space with participants 3-months post summit.

Communities engaged in place-based collaborative efforts often seek coaching, consulting, and technical assistance in support of the design, implementation, facilitation and evaluation of the efforts.  This is an opportunity to share your expertise and coaching approach with community leaders engaged in collective impact work.
