We often look at conflict within a group or network as a sign of a problem or lack of capacity. We posit that in fact the lack of conflict -- tension that arises difficult and deeply needed conversations -- holds us back from the kinds of alignment, energy, and longevity we need to make the impact we all truly seek. We will share how a looking to traditional, indigenous conflict resolution principles and pathways -- cultivating a decolonized mindset to interpersonal and network conflict -- can move out of seeing conflict as a form of "getting stuck" and rather as an opportunity to get to greater clarity (and more honest relationship!) with each other.
Learning Objectives: Begin to cultivate a decolonized personal mindset around conflict in your networked and Collective Impact work.
