Kimberlee Guenther, Ph.D. serves as Chief Impact Officer at United Way of Metro Chicago, where she leads the organization’s grantmaking and community engagement strategies, including the 18-community Neighborhood Network Initiative. During her tenure at United Way, she has managed the Chicago Community COVID-19 Fund, built new measurement tools including the United Way Impact Hub, and launched a response grants strategy based on real-time 2-1-1 data. Kimberlee is a Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow, a Chicago Innovation Award winner, and a Crain’s Chicago Business Notable Leader in Community Development. She also serves on several boards and advisory boards, including the Civic Consulting Alliance, UIC School of Public Health, and UL’s Fire Safety Research Institute.
