Michelle Molina is the Principal of Connecting Evidence. She loves working with collaboratives tackling complex issues and systems change. Michelle has a decade of experience partnering with groups on evaluations. That is, she helps them use data to learn from what’s working to inform adaptations, improvements, and decisions. Michelle’s Master’s in Education focusing on Social Research Methodology from UCLA gave her the technical skills she needs to collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data. Her experience working with a variety of organizations has helped her understand the importance of considering what would be useful to stakeholders, employing participatory approaches, and being thoughtful about the broader systems in which organizations, initiatives, and projects live.
