Build your facilitation skills as we explore opportunities your coalition has to thrive using Liberating Structures (LS). The purpose of this session is to introduce and demonstrate LS to attendees, and to do so while having an engaging dialogue on what coalitions need to thrive. Come to the session ready to participate and engage in dialogue. First, presenters will introduce themselves and LS to the group. Second, we will invite a few attendees to participate in a User Experience Fishbowl structure. Volunteers will be invited to share an accomplishment and what they believe made it possible. Third, attendees will use the 25/10 Crowdsourcing structure to identify bold ideas to help their coalition thrive. Finally, we will close out the session with the 15% Solutions structure. Here attendees will be invited to consider what they might actually implement in their own work.
