Yaneth is a mother and mining leader from Barranco de Loba, Bolivar, Colombia. Yaneth is currently the president of CORPILARESBOL, the legal organization that covers all civil society organizations (CSOs) participating in Pilares. She also represents her mining organization ASOMIPUMES. Her ownership and commitment to the Solidarity Network (now CORPILARES) since 2018 have allowed her to participate in different training and training spaces of the project. Yaneth, as the legal representative of CORPILARES, and the helm team (8 people who constitute the leadership of CORPILARES) lead many of the project's processes, such as alliance building, relationship building, community training, grants and innovation, making this an example of community participation and leadership.
