Chloe Zheng is a Baltimore City College High School graduate and is currently a freshman at Goucher College. She is primarily a visual artist who enjoys working with acrylic paints. Chloe became a member of the Bmore Youth Arts Advocacy Council (BYAAC) from fall of 2022 to spring of 2023 upon recommendation from her high school's visual arts teacher in order to gain job experience and explore change she could make as part of a group made up of young advocates. BYAAC has opened her eyes to different pathways for change while emphasizing the importance of cooperation. She continues to pursue the arts as a means of change in college as she pursues opportunities in the field of art therapy or counseling.
