Carrie Snowden is a freshman at Maryland Institute College of Art. She is enrolled in both the Graphic Design Bachelor Program and the Master of Art and Teaching Program. Carrie is a practicing visual artist in a multitude of mediums in her hometown of Baltimore City. She is a Baltimore Design School Alumnae and was a member of the Baltimore Youth Art Advocacy Council (BYAAC) during the 11th and 12th grade. Her inclination to become a teacher is what led her to join BYAAC. She felt the experience would be an informative one on art education and put her in alignment with her dream.
