The session is meant to address three key questions: 1) how does Rhizome share power across five levels: Board, Mentors, Organizers, Chapters, and Fellows 2) what mistakes or points of tension have we experienced in our first few years 3) what have we learned from these early experiences about power sharing. This session will offer insights into what kind of power sharing systems are possible, what limits to power sharing can be established, and how power sharing can act as a prerequisite to power-building.
