Matthew McCaffrey is passionate about strong communities, intercultural learning, and education systems that work for all. An array of background experiences inform Matthew’s work at Seeding Success; those include: two years’ service as a Community and Organizational Development Volunteer with the U.S. Peace Corps in Moldova, consulting with American Councils for International Education-Moldova, Coordinating pre-college programming and launching experiential learning curricula at Rutgers University-Camden, and Directing Advocacy and Engagement with BLDG Memphis. Matthew is currently a Doctoral Candidate of Public Affairs and Community Development at Rutgers University-Camden; his dissertation focuses on diversity in higher education and college persistence and attainment for students from historically underserved backgrounds. He lives with his wife and twin daughters in Memphis, Tennessee.
