Allison Kaika, Consultant, has a background working with coalitions and in building participatory processes. At FSG, Allison is working to support a Collective Impact initiative in rural behavioral health, while also working with foundations on topics including rural health, food systems, and measurement and evaluation. Prior to FSG, Allison worked at Rural Coalition as a program associate, conducting research informing federal and NGO programming for resilient agricultural and rural communities.
