In this hands-on session, come build an actor map, a systems tool that focuses on identifying the various actors that influence outcomes within a system, and the relationships and interconnections between them. These maps help identify stakeholders to engage in a collective impact effort, show how the parts of, or people within, a system are connected, highlight weak connections or gaps, and bring out ideas for intervention points in the system.
