Description
Before your initiative or organization invests resources in a new service, prototype it! Prototyping is a human-centered design method that allows you to build out a low-cost, no frills version of a service and test it with users, before making any major investments in a pilot. It’s a really powerful way to invite community members, partners and other stakeholders to design and refine an idea before it’s set. This session will guide you in how to develop a quick ,low-resolution version of a service using tools such as investigative rehearsals and card sorting. Then you’ll test it with your co-designers to discover success factors, validate key components, and better estimate its impact and value to your partners and community.
