Shawn has 30 years of experience implementing new systems, processes, and workflows in many industries. For the last 10 years as a certified Change Management Specialist, Shawn has worked with small, medium, and large health organizations assisting them with implementing large-scale systems and major process changes.  He led the implementation of the State of Michigan’s Health Through Housing Initiative, which included 12 projects to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the housing and health services provided to Michigan residents experiencing homelessness. He is especially adept at turning around projects in crisis and fostering buy-in from reluctant stakeholders and leaders. On a personal level, he is a wilderness enthusiast whose favorite backpacking trips include Yosemite in California and Patagonia in Chile.
