With a degree in Global Project Management, Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion, Specialization in Health Informatics from Johns Hopkins University, and over ten years of experience managing teams in non-profit, public, and private sectors, Alicia provides expertise in facilitating collaborative meetings, building effective implementation teams, and designing strategic action plans. Alicia is a member of the Project Management Institute and the Global Implementation Society. She is a vibrant problem solver and passionate about improving health equity by addressing social determinants of health. In her free time, Alicia enjoys traveling and gardening, and is the founder of an environmental non-profit.
