Luis Ulerio is the Director of the New Jersey HIV Housing Collaborative, a statewide initiative addressing homelessness and housing instability for People living with HIV/AIDS. In this role he provides leadership, coordination and support to ensure collective success of the initiative and drive internal and external functions, including strategy, communications, community engagement, and data functions. In his previous roles he has led housing programs for the AIDS Resource Foundation for Children, a Newark-based non-profit, and led projects and local housing initiatives during his time at the Newark Housing Authority. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Bloomfield College and a Master of
Public Administration from Kean University.
