Micheal is driven by his desire to equip young professionals, and disenfranchised youth and communities with the tools to maximize their personal and collective aspirations. As a client manager for UpMetrics, he empowers the social impact sector to become data-driven. Prior to UpMetrics, Micheal contributed to state-wide awareness campaigns, national college persistence programs, and local mentor and career readiness initiatives. He’s been featured in Citi’s Pathways to Progress campaign, Accelerating Pathways, highlighting individuals committed to empowering youth and advancing youth economic opportunities. Micheal is a native of South Central, Los Angeles and a graduate of the American University in Washington, D.C. with a BA in Public Communication.
