Jessica brings over ten years experience working in both the private and nonprofit sectors, focusing her efforts on project management and developing structures to improve organizational process and efficiency. A Chicago native and social worker by training, she has worked in various direct service and administrative capacities both domestically and abroad. In her current role at Thrive Chicago she serves as a bridge to community based organizations, building capacity to enhance cultures of data use. Jessica is a graduate of the University of Chicago's School of Social Service Administration (MSW), King's College London (MA, Conflict, Security, and Development Studies), and the University of Wisconsin- LaCrosse (B.S. Economics and Political Science).
