Ensuring solutions are driven by community stakeholders, our process and community work are driven by our core values, unlocking the potential of people in the communities we serve through bold ideas, collective genius, and being conscious observers and advisors. In this session, we will demonstrate how to equitably develop neighborhood-based youth workforce collaborative to advance collective, scalable outcomes. We will provide examples of this through two community solutions projects based in Brooklyn (Yes Bed-Stuy) and the Bronx (Jerome Avenue Revitalization Collaborative)
