We offer a limited number of registrations for $100 USD for scholarship recipients. A few important notes about registration scholarships:
- The deadline to apply for a scholarship is February 7, 2025. Click here to apply.
- These scholarships cover a large portion of an individual's three-day registration cost.
- Scholarship priorities are to help subsidize registration for those whose organizational budgets are less than $500,000 USD, or who are from an underrepresented group within nonprofit leadership. People of color, people who identify as women, people with disabilities, and people who identify on the LGBTQIA spectrum (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual) are encouraged to apply.
- Registration scholarships are intended for individual attendees, are not transferable to other attendees, and do not apply to multiple attendees from the same organization or community that are attending the convening together.
- We will notify all applicants on February 14, 2025, if they were selected to receive a reduced price registration scholarship.
- If you applied for a scholarship, please wait until after you hear back from us before proceeding with online registration. If you are not selected for a reduced-price scholarship and still want to register to attend, we will honor the community-builder rate ($199 USD) for those who apply for a scholarship with organizational budgets under $500,000 USD per year.
The Collective Impact Action Summit will be following these accessibility practices:
- Sessions are held in Zoom and will have zoom auto-captions and auto-transcripts enabled.
- Attendees can request American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation if needed to participate in Summit breakout sessions. Please let us know when you register if you wish to be paired with an ASL interpreter for breakout sessions. ASL will be included for all Summit plenaries/keynotes, and included by attendee request for breakout sessions.
- Sessions can be accessed via computer or phone.
- We will use a conference website and mobile app where you can find the full agenda and zoom links, speaker bios, and ways to connect to other attendees.
- Materials for sessions like presentations or handouts will be posted to the conference website ahead of session times, except for instances when the speaker has requested not to share due to copyright. Those instances will be noted in the session description.
- When information is available, we will share “activity level” for each session so you can decide if you prefer to join a session that is more presentation-style, Q&A, or has more active audience participation or activities.
- Recordings posted to the conference website after the event will have closed-captioning.
- Recordings will be available for three months following the event.
- Do you require other access practices not listed above to participate? Please contact us and we will do our best to address them.
Credit card payments are strongly preferred. All major credit cards are accepted.
Please note, ACH/check payments are only offered for registrations over $500. Payment is required within 30 days of your registration. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Those who cancel before April 14, 2025, will receive a refund minus a 5% cancellation fee of the total cost of registration. No refunds will be granted after April 14, 2025. Substitutions are permitted. Please email Dulcy Kenner to request a cancellation or substitution.
Attendee Profile: The 2025 Collective Impact Action Summit is a field-wide gathering that will attract a range of attendees, including funders, backbone leaders, collective impact partners, researchers, technical assistance providers, and others interested in collective impact. We anticipate that attendees will have different issue areas of interest (e.g., education, health, economic development, community development) and varying levels of experience in collective impact (e.g., early, mid, late stages).
Guidance for Funders: Funder registration is open to all staff and trustees of grantmaking institutions; staff of philanthropy-supporting infrastructure groups such as regional associations of grantmakers and affinity groups; and staff of academic institutions focused primarily on the study of philanthropy and the practice of giving. All registered funders will have access to attend a funder pre-conference dialogue for no additional charge.
No Solicitation Policy: The 2025 Collective Impact Action Summit seeks to bring together a wide range of collective impact funders, backbone leaders, and other collective impact practitioners. To maintain the spirit of this unique meeting ground – where funders and other leaders from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors come together as peers – we ask that you respect our "no solicitation" rule. Feel free to discuss the challenges and opportunities of collective impact, ask how other attendees are engaged in collective impact, and ask about what they are learning. However, we kindly ask that you do not ask funders about their funding priorities or pitch your organization/project to them.
