Luzette has over 20 years of experience creating positive systems change globally. The majority of that time, she worked with Ashoka -the largest network of social entrepreneurs. Luzette has trained and worked extensively in personal growth, leadership development, and well-being. This led her to co-found Alive & Thriving (focused on coaching and personal growth), the Consciousness Coalition (CoCo Labs, promoting fair well-being), and the Weaving Lab (building learning communities for well-being). At CoCreative, she helps different groups collaborate, supports organizations and communities in developing new approaches to creating change, and coaches leaders to expand their effectiveness, teamwork, and collaboration skills. She is a certified permaculture designer, coach, and mindfulness meditation teacher. Luzette holds a BA in Finance and International Relations and an MSc in Holistic Science (living and complex systems).
