As head of Public Works’ Organizational Health practice, Allison Quigney designs solutions that improve service delivery and drive organizational excellence, enhancing community impact. She has led diverse projects across NYC in program design, performance improvement, and strategic planning. Joining as a Manager at its inception, she rose to Principal by 2021. Allison oversees Public Works' role in NYCHA’s PACT Resident Planning Fund and guides engagement efforts for institutions like Queens Public Library. She is an expert facilitator who has led City task forces to build actionable solutions among diverse stakeholders. Previously, she advanced initiatives at the NYC Department of Small Business Services and the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Allison holds an MPA from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School and a B.A. from NYU, and she is a Coro Leadership New York alum and a “40 under 40” honoree by New York Nonprofit Media.
