Dr. Amber Banks is the Founder and CEO of the Center for Trust and Transformation (CTT), bringing over two decades of multifaceted experience as social sector leader. After fifteen years of focused research and facilitation on trust and racial equity, she has established trust as a fundamental building block for positive social change, working to create spaces where healing and transformation can flourish through strengthened relationships and understanding.
At CTT, Dr. Banks leads coaching, training, and advising initiatives for social sector leaders, focusing on trust building as a tool for advancing joy, justice, and liberation. Her approach is distinguished by its emphasis on understanding how context and identity shape relationships and inform collaborative efforts for social transformation.
With a PhD in Education Leadership, Masters in Special Education, and Bachelors in Journalism, along with certifications as a Healing Centered Coach and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy, she brings deep academic and practical expertise to her work.
