Abeer is a dedicated nonprofit leader with a deep passion for making a positive impact on her community. With a strong background in nonprofit management, Abeer has consistently worked to improve program effectiveness, strengthen partnerships, and foster sustainable change in the communities she serves. Fluent in both Arabic and Spanish, she has a unique ability to engage diverse groups and build meaningful relationships across cultural and linguistic boundaries.

Abeer holds a Master’s in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus on International Business.

Before coming to Ngage she was a stay-at-home mom for three years. Her experience in early childhood education, and working for the British Council, the United Kingdom’s largest international nonprofit organization, provided her a challenging and fruitful career focused on community engagement around bilateral relations, education, and literacy initiatives with partners spread across 120 countries through her work with the British Council, the United Kingdom’s largest international nonprofit organization.

Abeer decided to return to the arena of nonprofit work after struggling to find early childhood services for her child’s needs. She was determined to help change that, and was drawn to Ngage NM because of their use of collective impact to improve the lives of children in Doña Ana County.

Passionate about empowering others and driving social change, Abeer is committed to improving the quality of life in her community and beyond, ensuring that the Success Partnership has a lasting, positive impact in Doña Ana County, and across New Mexico.
