Description

Wondering how to build a cradle-to-career partnership rooted in the local values of relationships, family, and shared power? It takes time, trust, and commitment. This session explores Ngage New Mexico's innovative approach to educational transformation in Doña Ana County (DAC) through the Success Partnership. Participants will gain insights into how Ngage has fostered cross-sector collaboration to build two vital coalitions: the Early Childhood Education (ECE) Coalition, supporting families with children aged 0-8, and the Kindergarten through Career (Kinder-Career) Coalition, bridging K-12 education and career exploration. Attendees will learn strategies to leverage partnerships and create community-centered, data-driven solutions. The session highlights the role of New Mexico State University’s Center for Community Analysis (CCA) in providing critical data insights across DAC, informing initiatives from prenatal development through career readiness. Join us to discover how to sustain a meaningful, impact-driven education initiative from the ground up.
