John Heller has devoted the past thirty years to enabling individuals and organizations find creative solutions to complex human challenges.  He has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Presencing Institute and Little Sun and as Managing Director at the Synergos Institute.  Heller has applied the Theory U methodology in large scale change initiatives focusing on agricultural transformation, maternal health, child nutrition, indigenous people’s well-being among others.  He speaks Thai and Spanish and holds a BA in Sociology from Haverford College and an MA in International Affairs from Columbia University.
