Description

At its core, Theory U fosters deep listening, co-creation, and transformational change — making it a powerful approach for navigating the complexities of multi-stakeholder partnerships. In this “how-to” session, we will collectively explore the dynamics and transformative power of using a Theory U approach to design a Collective Impact initiative. Drawing on insights and lessons from the Millers for Nutrition Coalition—an initiative with more than 30 partners spanning 8 countries with the ambitious goal of reaching 1 billion people with nutritious foods by 2026—we will unpack practical strategies, challenges, and successes from the field. This session is designed to inspire and equip participants with tools to drive meaningful, large-scale collaboration.
