Starting with an overview of Saamuhika Shakti, followed by introductions of old and new backbone teams. Subsequently, the session will delve into the approach followed to enable a successful backbone transition - the old backbone team played an active role in identifying the right organization with the necessary expertise, experience and values, laying the foundation to build a trust-based relationship with the partners, and facilitating knowledge transfer, both before and after transition. The presenters will share the roadmap followed to ensure seamless transition and the guardrails built in to minimize disruptions for the partners and communities.
