Erin Cahill is a rural development professional focused on advancing equity and opportunity. As Communications Director at the Aspen Institute Community Strategies Group, she supports Rural Development Hub leaders working to strengthen regional economies and community well-being.

Erin helps connect practitioners across regions, lifts up the diverse voices of rural leaders and researchers, and supports peer learning and strategy development. Raised in rural North Carolina, Erin builds relationships across sectors and works to ensure rural communities are represented in ways that reflect their strengths, complexity, and leadership.
