Divya is an impact consulting and program management professional at Sattva Consulting, with 6+ of experience in the social development sector. She currently serves as the Program Management Lead, responsible for collaborative management - designing and leading governance and problem-solving structures that shape program strategy.

Previously at Sattva, Divya worked on large-scale, multi-stakeholder collaborative initiatives, including Bharat EdTech, a pan-India EdTech initiative anchored by the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, and Manyata, a national maternal health initiative anchored by MSD for Mothers. Her work focused on program impact monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and portfolio management. 

Prior to joining Sattva, Divya worked with the urban city planning department at the Indian Institute for Human Settlements (IIHS). She holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies and Project Management.
