Author, Proudly Made: A Story of Reinvention in the Big Woods and Small Towns of the Pennsylvania Wilds

Tataboline “Ta” Enos is the Founder and CEO of the Pennsylvania Wilds Center for Entrepreneurship, where she works with state and local partners to help revitalize a quarter of Pennsylvania through place-based tourism, outdoor recreation, and rural small business development rooted in stewardship and building local wealth. Over two decades, her work has helped grow the PA Wilds into a $2 billion tourism and outdoor recreation economy supporting hundreds of rural businesses. A fourth-generation native of the region, Ta is also the author of the award-winning memoir Proudly Made, which chronicles the reinvention of one of America’s most rural regions through grit, creativity, and community.
