Katie Kristensen designs and manages evaluation and learning strategies at Success Measures for philanthropic clients and their grantees working at the intersections of housing, health, and racial equity. She specializes in coordinating and implementing creative and emergent evaluation approaches that center equity and learning. Her expertise includes strategic project management, participatory data collection and analysis, and translating findings into actionable insights for decision-making. 

Before joining Success Measures, Katie served as Manager of Operations at the Social Policy Institute at Washington University in St. Louis and managed financial capability and empowerment programs in several previous positions. Katie received her B.A. in Sociology/Women’s and Gender Studies from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Master of Social Work from the George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis.
