Nesha Brown is a Senior Social Impact Consultant and the Chief Impact Officer at Conqueror Consulting Group (CCG), where she blends human-centered strategy, storytelling, and operational excellence to help mission-driven organizations turn vision into measurable impact. With seven-plus years of experience in program architecture, grant writing, grant management, and project management, she has designed and supported more than $10M in community-centered programs across the nonprofit and social impact sector.

A true Backstage Operations genius, Nesha builds practical, inclusive frameworks that make programs fundable, scalable, and grounded in real community needs. She has facilitated workshops and trainings across the region—including her work with SCORE Baton Rouge, where she recruited presenters and led small-business education sessions—and has supported emerging founders through BNI leadership and the Young Entrepreneurs Academy, where her storytelling coaching helped several mentees win pitch competitions.
Nesha also leads Conqueror Conversations, a capacity-building platform that
