Lauren Reilly is the Executive Director of Gratitude Network, a global nonprofit accelerator that empowers social entrepreneurs to amplify their impact. Previously, she served as the inaugural Executive Director of SuitUp, where she led the organization through 26x growth over five years, ultimately reaching 21,000+ students nationwide. Lauren has held senior leadership roles across the nonprofit sector, including Founding Chief Program Officer at PRACTICE, and is a Teach for America alum, having taught in the Bronx and Harlem before transitioning into nonprofit leadership. Recognized for her pioneering work in summer learning and nonprofit innovation, Lauren was named a White House Champion of Change by the Obama Administration and is a recipient of several prestigious fellowships, including the SOCAP Fellowship, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, and the Miller Center Fellowship. Her thought leadership has been featured in leading publications such as Chronicle of Philanthropy, K–12 Drive, and the Forbes Non-Profit Council. Lauren holds a Master’s in Education from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Vassar College. She is also an adjunct professor in the Urban School of Education at Davenport University, a passionate soccer player, and the proud mother of three.
