Isaac MacDonald is the Director of Planning & Impact and a Senior Advisor at Trepwise, a strategy consulting firm that works with purpose driven organizations to align people process and vision. In his role he leads the firm’s approach to strategic planning and systems transformation.
In his decade at Trepwise, Isaac has consulted with over a hundred purpose-driven organizations and initiatives, including the New Orleans Youth Master Plan, a multisector plan for improving outcomes for children and youth across Orleans Parish. Prior to joining Trepwise, Isaac worked at environmental nonprofits in the D.C. area, including Casey Trees and Resources for the Future.
Isaac has been a fellow with Venture for America and the New Leaders Council. He has a degree in Urban Studies from Brown University, and recently attended the Amsterdam Complexity School on Climate Change. Isaac is based in Brooklyn, NY.
