Scott is a senior executive with blended experience leading for-profit, nonprofit, education, social enterprise, and cooperative organizations to deliver high impact outcomes. He is committed to eliminating equity disparities in housing, employment, education, health & wealth by building the capacities of nonprofits and community organizations to work collaboratively to accelerate and amplify their missions. He founded Collectivity as a cooperative in 2014 to help level the economic playing field, rooting Collectivity’s work in the principals of a shared economy, and equity for all. Scott also serves as a founding board member of Social Enterprise MSP. He is active in his faith community as a youth leader and treasurer. He loves to share that his two daughters are grown and ‘off the payroll’.
