Chicago's collective impact effort called the Expedited Housing Initiative launched during COVID-19 with the goal of housing more people more quickly than ever before. Presenters will cover how collective impact best practices and sub-contractual agreements were leveraged to produce maximum system change efforts that are now being fully integrated into the homeless system post-COVID.
