Sylvia Cheuy is the Consulting Director of Collective Impact with the Tamarack Institute’s Learning Centre.  She has spent more than 20 years as a changemaker and champions of multi-sector, citizen-led change efforts. She has both practical knowledge and first-hand experience in community and systems change using the framework of Collective Impact. She believes that residents are the single greatest untapped resource and that communities are strengthened when community groups, sector and organizational leaders innovate together to generate creative solutions to their most pressing issues.
