Over the past six years, Michelle Reiss-Top has helped MEDA go from counting heads to tracking client's financial profiles over time, to migrating databases and rolling out our case management and referral system to over 15 different Mission Promise partners. Michelle sees MEDA's direct service staff are her clients.

Michelle's goal is to provide staff with the user-friendly tools they deserve so they can get down to the business of working with Mission District families. Her ongoing endeavor is to build tools that reflect the quality of the staff's work, the successes and challenges of MEDA/MPN families, and a way to learn from what we collect.
