Kimberly has a BSChE (’97) and a MChE (’01) from Villanova University. She served as a Process Engineer and an Environmental Engineer at Rohm & Haas (Dow Chemical) starting up monomer plants and wastewater treatment plants in Texas, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Shanghai, China. Kimberly transitioned into Biopharmaceuticals carrying various roles at GlaxoSmithKline over 20 years including Production Supervisor, Process Improvement Leader, Business Operations Manager, and Transformation Director in the Manufacturing and R&D Divisions. She earned her Master Black Belt in Lean Sigma (’08), her Job Plus Coach certification (’17) and received the Presidents Roll of Honour (’07) all with GSK. Kimberly is currently on PULSE assignment as a Program Manager for the Philadelphia STEM Equity Collective. She is lives in Wayne, PA with husband Peter and daughter Izabela. She enjoys being a matriarch for home and family, practicing yoga and simply hanging out with friends and family.
