Michael Nobleza is committed to supporting leaders in reaching their next level of impact and effectiveness. His work draws upon more than 25 years of experience in strategic visioning, process coaching, anti-oppression human relations work, resource-building, and exploration of the world’s wisdom traditions. His experience includes moving two multimillion dollar nonprofit organizations from startup to growth phases.

As Equity Strategy and Executive Advisor for the Los Angeles County Department of Consumer and Business Affairs, Michael works to realize a vision for protection and advancement for the region’s 3.6 million immigrants. He is also contributing to the establishment of the Office of Labor Equity, the County’s first-ever office dedicated to centralizing and expanding worker protections. He is currently managing and providing support to American Rescue Plan Act-funded projects focused on equitably distributing more than $10 million in federal dollars to communities hardest hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Michael has a B.A. with a focus on diplomacy and world affairs from Occidental College and an M.A. in international relations with a focus on cross-cultural conflict and organizational development from Syracuse University.
