Our community is alive, like a garden, and each plant's ability to flourish is profoundly influenced by the environment and "soil conditions". Through deep relationships and learning, we can develop the "insight", changes to mental models, necessary to take collective action. This session will present a shared narrative and metaphor that empowers collective action towards equity and helping all people flourish. We will also explore lessons learned during the last 6 plus years of our initiative, and the powerful changes to the "soil conditions" in our community.
