In this highly engaging session, Beloved Community will craft a space for participants to share their experiences as it relates to the recent push to silence truth telling as it relates to racism in our country’s past and present. Beloved Community knows that school and non-profit leaders are dealing with this issue in various ways so Beloved will also present a guidance document for participants to unpack. The session will conclude with a dialogue on conflict transformation strategies and how to craft a statement that center’s an organization’s or school’s commitment to truth telling in their diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
