Valerie leads Fund for Shared Insight’s Listen4Good signature feedback capacity building program. As the founding director of Listen4Good, Valerie led the initial design of the offering and now oversees a coaching and central product and program team that supports more than 500 organizations. She is also Principal of Ekouté Consulting, which advances the use of feedback to inform strategy and measurement efforts for social sector organizations. 

Previously, Valerie served as founding director of the Center for Effective Philanthropy’s (CEP) YouthTruth Project, scaling the project from an idea to a nationally recognized survey and data analysis organization that elevates youth feedback to inform educational decision-making. Prior to joining CEP, Valerie was part of the core business team that built a successful start-up biotechnology company, Momenta Pharmaceuticals (publicly traded, $750MM at peak).
