Sandra joined the Compass team in September 2010. A graduate of the Compass IDA program, Sandra currently lives and works in Lynn, Massachusetts. In her current role, Sandra develops best practices, conducts site visits, provides training and TA, and supports onboarding for our National Network partners. Sandra has over ten years experience supporting program administration and community outreach activities in Lynn and nearby communities. In addition to her role at Compass, Sandra works as an administrative assistant at a senior service center. Over the past five years, she has played a crucial role in expanding the center's outreach initiatives. From 2001 to 2006, she helped a company in Salem coordinate special events and effectively address consumer concerns. Sandra is fluent in English and Spanish.
