Daniela Saraiva is a professional with 20 years of experience in different contexts and countries, always acting based on two pillars: management (organizational development, mobilization of partnerships and alliances) and group facilitation that creates spaces for learning, collaboration, and innovation.

She has worked for 7 years at Reos Partners, a global consulting firm that help people make breakthroughs with projects with systemic, collaboration and experimental approaches. The results range from new understanding and commitment to new initiatives and institutions. She has supported the growth of the organization in Brazil and has worked with multi-country teams.

She has also supported the deployment of WINGS – Worldwide Initiative for Grantmaker Support in Brazil and contributed for more than 3 years to the institutional development and projects team at IDIS.

She has contributed to the first school reform campaign in San Jose, that led to approval of Charter schools in East San Jose. She started her career as human right lawyer and has worked in Geneva and Brussels.

Her practice feeds on solid study of different methodologies U theory, Open Space, World Café and Liberating Structures, Deep Democracy (Lewis method) and Thinking Environment (part of the pioneer group in Brazil).

She is a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), graduated in Law (PUC RJ), with a master's degree in International Relations (University of Kent, UK) and Specialization in Management of Civil Society Organizations.

She is also the mother of Diego and Marina, her inspirations and biggest reasons for always wanting to evolve and make the world a better place.
