Krystal is a public health practitioner with over 15 years of experience in community health. She serves as a Senior Health Consultant with Mosaic Group, a nationally recognized management consulting firm with expertise in community health improvement planning. Krystal is an accomplished change agent committed to uplifting the voices of historically marginalized communities and catalyzing change to achieve health equity.

Krystal works with an array of philanthropic, public and private sectors, and non-profit clients across a range of critical public health issues including collective impact, population health, strategic planning and community health worker program design and training. Krystal received her Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Health Promotion from the University of Delaware, and her Master of Public Health degree from Morgan State University.
