Aisha Williams is the Program Manager of the Westside Connect Community Health Worker Program at Chris 180. This placed-based CHW program collaborates with community agencies and health systems to provide community and clinical linkage to residents in the Historic Westside of Atlanta.  Williams and her team provide residents with client centered chronic disease health education, linkage to housing, employment and social services.

Williams is an advocate for the collaboration of health care systems, payers and community agencies towards the advancement of equitable healthcare and complex care management.  Williams has over 15 years of experience in health education, promotion, program development and implementation. Her expertise lies in program development and implementation, strategic partnerships and complex care management.  Williams has a Master in Health Promotion from the University of Alabama and is a graduate of Colorado’s Regional Institute of Health and Environmental Leadership.
