Jason D. Alexander, MPP, Principal and Co-Founder of Capacity for Change, LLC, is driven by a commitment to helping organizations and multi-sector partnerships create more just, equitable, and resilient communities. Jason has expertise in strategic planning, public-private partnership development, collective impact, and nonprofit executive search. In addition, Jason has significant experience in all aspects of homeless system design, funding, policy and data management as a technical assistance provider to Your Way Home Montgomery County, Connect to Home of Eastern Pennsylvania, and Chester County Decade to Doorways, among others.
Before co-founding Capacity for Change LLC in 2001, Jason helped to create and design MassBroadband and other strategic technology alliances in underserved communities as a project manager for the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, a division of the Massachusetts Department of Economic Development. Jason earned his Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Delaware and was the first recipient of the Marvin S. Gilman/National Housing Endowment Scholarship in U.S. Housing and Urban Policy. Jason has a Bachelor's in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross. Jason serves on the Brandywine Health Foundation Board of Directors as the Immediate Past Chair.
