In 2020, Xp helped coordinate the MN Census Mobilization Partnership (MCMP) as public policy manager with MN Council on Foundations. Through an unprecedented year of tragedy and chaos, the cross-sector strength of the MCMP was a key force in helping to push Minnesota to number one in the country in 2020 census self-response rate.  Xp is now in the role of Asian Pacific Islander Covid Community Coordinator with MDH working to engage and educate Minnesota's API communities about the COVID-19 virus and vaccine.  He has over 20 years of community engagement and leadership experience on numerous local, state, and national projects and programs.  Xp loves the arts and expressing himself creatively.
